  We were referred to Kaye Lynn by a friend. It was our first time to need a family lawyer so we were a little nervous. Kaye Lynn and her assistant Sherry were very professional, up front and wanted nothing but the best for us. Sherry was great at communicating updates, what we needed and giving us any information we may need. The well being of our family was the main concern of this law office. I would go to Kaye Lynn again if needed and would refer her to anyone!

  I use Chase for business. Usually very friendly at this location to business customers. New manager wanted to let me know who was in charge by imposing fee on a simple counter transaction. They have waived the fee 100% of the time before today. She wanted to argue, I didn't...very odd interaction. No worries will use another Chase.

  Josh is a great lawyer! He got me threw a tough situation. I did not know what to do or what my first step was. I've never been in that type of trouble on that scale! Josh worked with me and help me through the process, he kept me updated as things changed. Make sure you are true with him. At the end of this tough situation I received a "no bill". I would recommend Josh to anyone. This guy will fight to the end for you! Thank you so much Josh!

  If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. I lived here from May of 2015 to March of 2016. I constantly had roaches in my apartments as well as sand ticks everywhere. The maintenance here was always super respectful and nice to me and my family. As for the management here, they were never willing to work with you on anything and or help you in any way. Two months before my lease was up l, my apartment caught fire while I was gone. Nobody had been home for two hours or so. Little did I know that the apartments would immediately place the blame on us. They said that a canister in the middle of my balcony COMBUSTED into flames out of nowhere and that the wind caught the flame and caught the very corner panel of my wall on fire. When I contacted my insurance company they had told me my policy had cancelled 2 days prior to the fire because of an incorrect card number! It was one digit off. So the day of the fire I gave them the correct card number and had coverage on my apartment. The apartments refused to listen to anything I had to say and put the blame on me once again. The Red Cross fire inspector came out and told us after ivestigating that the fire had started from the outlet on the inside of the wall. Where nothing was plugged into. I.E. an electrical problem! We were given 5 DAYS to vacate our apartment and find a new home or face an eviction being filed against us! Therefore me and my family complied and left the apartment within the 5 day period! MELISSA assured me no eviction would be filed and that we would not be charged. After being gone for almost a year, I get a notification about my credit that says I owe the Arts $3,100 and that it is marked on my credit as an eviction! I was never taken to court and I never received any mail telling me I owed anybody money! I had to call the corporate office in order for them to email me everything in my file! Needless to say this is not a place anybody should want to live. They are money hungry people and will do anything they can in order to avoid taking responsibility for their actions! Avoid this place at all costs!
