- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The leasing office staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is quick to come fix any problem we have had. No complaints about the apartments interior, it is very nice and all the appliances are new. There have been no issues with noise from neighboring units. General areas and hallways are kept clean, and the workout area is nice and never busy. The neighbors are all very friendly. We love the area and it is right next to the Walker's Creek trail, which is a very nice place to go on walks. Considering the price and quality of other complexes in the area, we feel that Dolce is a very good value.By Texas Forever, November 13, 2017
